Sephora seeks Floor Manager for Doncaster store in Melbourne. Permanent full-time role leading retail team with A$32.24/hr + super, commission, and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Senior Beauty Advisor and role model to the store team, embodying Sephora's DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise team performance and capability through coaching, mentoring, and supporting growth and development
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors
  • Facilitate open communication with the team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the management team
  • Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Work across all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions including sales management and back-of-house operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
  • Strong hands-on leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail
  • Commitment to fostering a strong, positive team culture through feedback and career development
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
