Sephora Floor Manager role in Melbourne, Australia - Lead retail team, drive sales, manage operations on rotating roster. AUD $32.24/hr + Super + Commission.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the store team on the sales floor, modeling Sephora's customer experience and brand DNA
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Drive a sales culture and coaching approach to exceed KPIs and develop team member capability through feedback and mentorship
  • Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) and make independent decisions on client and team member matters during shifts
  • Utilize reporting data and systems to support operational decision-making in collaboration with the management team
  • Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, inventory control, and visual merchandising across store categories
  • Facilitate effective team communication and foster a positive, inclusive culture where team members feel valued and supported
  • Work across all product categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as back-of-house operations

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Proven experience managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management
  • Experience in team training, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and daily reporting
