Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
  • Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
  • Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
  • Engage with all product categories and store functions, including sales, management, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Skills

Proven retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach the team. Passion for client service and experiential retail. Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive store culture.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Compensation
