Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize data to make informed operational decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication and feedback within the team.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
- Oversee store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with expertise in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Compensation
