Sephora Bondi (Sydney) seeks a Floor Manager — full-time, $32.24/hr + super, commission and benefits. Lead the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor as a senior beauty advisor, modelling Sephora’s customer experience and service standards.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day store leadership and decision-making, acting as Manager in Charge when required.
  • Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed KPIs through coaching, on-floor mentoring and capability development of the team.
  • Analyse and interpret sales and operational reporting to inform staffing, merchandising and inventory decisions.
  • Manage operational tasks including stock control, visual merchandising standards and execution of store routines.
  • Deliver regular feedback, performance reviews and development plans to uplift team capability and engagement.
  • Contribute to rostering and manage client and cast member matters in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' retail management experience, ideally within beauty, prestige retail or a comparable customer-facing environment.
  • Proven experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Australian citizen or Permanent Resident eligibility required.
  • Strong leadership capability with a track record of coaching teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Experience

Minimum three years' management experience in retail, with demonstrable responsibility for sales targets, people management, inventory control and store operations—preferably within beauty or prestige retail.

Education

Tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred but not required; relevant retail or leadership training advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is AUD 32.24 per hour.
