Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
  • Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
  • Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
  • Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
