Role & Responsibilities

• Support the CapEx allocation process and maintain accuracy of fixed asset records, including asset registers, project allocations, and location data.
• Prepare, upload and reconcile journal entries related to capital expenditures and fixed assets during month-end close.
• Maintain and reconcile fixed asset registers and assist in clearing aged goods receipt/invoice receipt discrepancies.
• Manage and update internal budgets and orders for capital expenditure requests and support related reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Purchasing, Business Planning & Analysis and other business partners to resolve financial inquiries and support PO master data updates and approval workflows.
• Produce and maintain fixed asset trackers, perform ad hoc analysis and support continuous process improvements to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Leverage SAP/S4 Hana and related systems to support fixed asset management, reporting and control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• 2+ years of fixed asset accounting experience preferred.
• Proven experience working with SAP/S4 Hana and familiarity with Coupa procurement systems preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and data analysis functions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

3–4 years of general accounting experience with a solid understanding of US GAAP; 2+ years of hands-on fixed asset accounting preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 102,510 to USD 114,570 per annum.
