Sephora is seeking a Financial Analyst for a permanent, full-time role on a hybrid schedule in San Francisco. The role supports payment processing, store cash management, insurance reporting, and Treasury operations, requiring 2–3 years of relevant experience and experience with Kyriba, Anaplan, and Excel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support payment processing operations, report and analyze processing fees, and assist with sales reconciliation as needed.
- Coordinate with armored car couriers to arrange deposits and change-order services for store locations.
- Support store cash management procedures by resolving service tickets.
- Complete insurance premium reporting, maintain insurance IDs, and support insurance claims as needed.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects related to Treasury and cash management.
- Participate in banking operations, liquidity planning, and store opening processes across regional markets.
Qualifications
- Corporate Treasury, Finance, and Accounting background, with focused experience in cash management, cash flow reporting, and banking operations.
- Experience with treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong critical-thinking skills and strategic vision to drive results across multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills to collaborate respectfully with business partners and team members.
