Sephora Singapore seeks a Finance Intern (ASPIRE, July–Dec 2026) for a hybrid internship supporting sales & margin reporting and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales and margin analysis and preparation of regular commercial reports for regional stakeholders.
- Update and maintain sales databases and the Promotional Events calendar to ensure data integrity and timeliness.
- Enhance existing DOMO reports and design new sales and margin dashboards to improve decision-making.
- Assist in daily phasing reviews of commercial targets and provide variance analysis.
- Contribute to implementation and monitoring of sales KPIs, margin data processes and Jedox integrations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and present findings to functional teams as required.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Keen eye for detail with strong numerical accuracy and analytical curiosity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Creative and improvement‑oriented, with a drive to optimise processes and commercial outcomes.

Experience
Entry-level internship suitable for students or recent graduates. No extensive professional experience required; prior academic projects or internships in finance, retail analytics or reporting are advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
