Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Controlling Department in performance management by monitoring World Holding costs and implementing new projects.
  • Conduct monthly financial closings by liaising with accounting and operational teams to ensure data reliability.
  • Report figures in the Group's consolidation tool and update operational management reports.
  • Participate in budgetary processes by compiling data from operational departments and integrating figures into the Group's consolidation tool.
  • Prepare presentations for management.
  • Support the deployment of new projects, including testing phases of Smartsheet and implementing Anaplan for Holding Worldwide costs.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
  • Seeking a final-year internship or gap year with at least one prior professional experience.

Skills

Curiosity, motivation, and autonomy. Strong organizational skills and effective priority management. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capability. Analytical and synthesis skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is advantageous. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Experience

Beginner level with at least one prior professional experience.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
