Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the monthly closing process of General Expenses in coordination with operational and accounting teams.
- Engage with Operations and Corporate departments to ensure data accuracy and perform variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the accounting department for cost understanding and journal entries.
- Draft monthly commentary on all costs within the scope.
- Prepare presentations and support materials for monthly closing meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on current brand needs and candidate interests, such as RSE initiatives, stock management, cash flow analysis, and product development costs.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a final year internship or gap year in a business school or university, specializing in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
