Finance & Operations System Manager at Sephora Shanghai – SAP FICO/COPA expert needed. 6–10 years experience in finance systems automation and transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own SAP and finance systems expertise, serving as the authoritative resource for FICO/COPA environment configuration and optimization
- Establish financial master data governance protocols and ensure store master data collaboration across regional entities
- Implement compliance and security controls within the SAP environment; standardize processes across finance operations
- Lead automation initiatives focused on Brand P&L, Segment P&L, and management reporting to reduce manual processing
- Build and operationalize an internal analytics service capability, providing Excel advanced modeling (Power Query/Power Pivot) and standardized templates to finance users
- Act as both solution designer and problem solver—simplifying reporting logic, improving data structure, and automating recurring tasks
- Represent China in global finance digital transformation programs, including Power BI initiatives and cross-functional system projects
- Bridge Finance and IT/global teams by translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure consistency in systems and reporting across regions
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of professional experience in finance systems, reporting, and automation, or IT functions supporting finance projects
- Solid hands-on experience with SAP, specifically FICO and COPA modules
- Exposure to finance transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Strong Excel proficiency, with Power Query and Power Pivot skills preferred
- Experience with Power BI dashboarding and data modeling
- Good understanding of data structure and financial logic
- Fluent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- SQL and basic data skills a plus
