Facilities Clerk at Sephora Maryland Distribution Center. Full-time role managing maintenance parts inventory and vendor coordination. $22–$23.55/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Order and reorder maintenance parts directly used by the maintenance department and serve as primary vendor liaison
- Perform and coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts of maintenance parts, verifying minimum and maximum stock levels in Keep Trax
- Manage all inventory data and maintenance parts records in the Keep Trax system, ensuring accuracy and proper equipment-part relationships
- Receive, stock, and organize maintenance parts and materials as necessary, maintaining a fully stocked and organized tool crib
- Communicate daily with external vendors to ensure timely parts ordering and delivery
- Close work orders and manage administrative work order and preventive maintenance entries in coordination with the planning team
- Coordinate with purchasing and accounting departments to ensure proper processing of paperwork and documentation
- Monitor and report departmental spending by account codes to the Maintenance Manager
- Provide Keep Trax administrative support and off-site parts delivery services as needed
- Work with shift team leaders to ensure timely parts issuance and complete documentation
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and respond to changing operational priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a parts store in a maintenance department
- Demonstrated expertise in organizing, securing, and managing a successful parts room
- Proficiency with Keep Trax inventory management system or equivalent parts tracking software
- Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to consistently meet production standards and service level requirements
- Physical ability to stand, sit, squat, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout a full shift

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a parts store or inventory function within a maintenance department in a distribution or warehouse environment. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in parts organization, vendor liaison responsibilities, and familiarity with computerized inventory tracking systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Additional training in inventory management or maintenance operations is a plus.
