Sephora — Las Vegas: Facilities Clerk (Distribution Center), full-time role managing maintenance parts, inventory and vendor relations at Las Vegas DC.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, reordering and receiving of maintenance parts and supplies for the distribution center.
- Maintain and reconcile parts inventory using Keep Trax; perform weekly cycle counts and adjust min/max levels.
- Serve as primary vendor liaison to ensure timely delivery, resolve order issues and coordinate paperwork with purchasing and accounting.
- Administer and update Keep Trax records, including linking parts to maintainable equipment and providing administrative support as needed.
- Issue parts to shift team leaders, organize and stock the tool crib, and run parts off-site when required.
- Close and document work orders, support planners by ensuring PMs and WOs are entered into Keep Trax, and prepare departmental spending reports for the Maintenance Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a parts store or parts room within a Maintenance/Facilities department.
- Demonstrable experience with inventory control, cycle counting and parts-room organization.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders (maintenance, purchasing, accounting).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required by a warehouse/DC environment.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a parts store or inventory for a Maintenance/Facilities team in a warehouse or distribution center.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in facilities/maintenance logistics preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.65 to USD 21.05 per hour.
