Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the visual identity of stores aligns with regional standards and develop the store design game plan.
  • Plan and organize the execution calendar for store constructions, updates, and maintenance over a one-year horizon.
  • Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets in alignment with annual fiscal goals.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and approve commercial spaces for new store openings in Brazil, aligned with the Group's expansion strategy.
  • Oversee existing store lease contracts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Lead the project, maintenance, and store prospecting teams.
  • Manage suppliers and timelines to ensure new stores open as scheduled.
  • Adapt store layouts for new brand arrivals, ensuring proper implementation.
  • Develop prototypes and approve local store furniture suppliers.
  • Oversee layout and execution of corporate office projects, including renovations and improvements.
  • Lead the prospecting team in negotiating new commercial points, preparing and approving business plans for LVMH global, and managing contractual approvals with the legal department.
  • Maintain an updated store expansion map in Brazil with a minimum three-year opening calendar.
  • Negotiate with shopping centers for store renovations and temporary space rentals for storage during construction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Practical experience in architecture project activities
  • Technical project management experience with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in schedule, budget, and execution plan development
  • Knowledge of construction norms, regulations, and urban legislation
  • Experience in construction supervision and inspection
