Sephora Singapore seeks an Executive in Product Management to lead CRM and e-commerce innovation across Southeast Asia's growing beauty retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience for Sephora with emphasis on CRM initiatives across e-commerce platforms (web and mobile)
  • Define and drive the product roadmap for features and capabilities that optimize customer engagement, personalization, retention, and overall customer journey
  • Identify, define, and manage the development of data products supporting CRM and customer experience objectives
  • Monitor key customer performance metrics (churn, repeat purchase rate, engagement rates) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to capture product vision and detailed requirements
  • Analyze user behavior data, conversion funnels, and customer journey metrics to uncover insights focusing on customer segments and engagement patterns
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experience for CRM initiatives
  • Explore and integrate Data, AI, and ML tools to enhance CRM and customer experience efforts
  • Partner with CRM, Engineering, Data, UI/UX, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver product initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or CRM program management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Domo, Power BI)
  • Excellent understanding of user experience principles and digital customer journeys
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and understanding of how data products contribute to CRM
  • Understanding of the potential of AI/ML in product management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with highly collaborative mindset
