Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily front‑end and back‑end e‑commerce platform operations to ensure flawless site merchandising, content publishing and order flows.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement plans to elevate onsite performance and customer experience.
  • Develop, document and maintain SOPs, SLAs and operational templates for regional markets and BPO partners.
  • Monitor BPO day‑to‑day activities and perform troubleshooting to resolve escalations and operational incidents.
  • Design and deliver training for market and BPO operations teams to embed best practices and standardise ways of working.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing and logistics stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness and execution success.
  • Partner with Product, Tech and Data teams to translate operational needs into feature requirements, support migrations and advise on workflow enhancements.
  • Support POC, pilot and A/B testing initiatives; measure feature performance and provide actionable feedback for iteration.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in e‑commerce operations within a fast‑paced, consumer‑facing environment.
  • Proven experience working with regional markets and external operations partners (BPOs) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capability with meticulous attention to detail and a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to train and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience and a proactive mindset toward digital transformation and process automation.

Experience
