Sephora — Executive Assistant, Technology in San Francisco, CA (hybrid). Support senior tech leaders; $50–$55/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars in Microsoft Outlook for senior technology leaders, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing commitments.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including conference space, catering and participant communications.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel itineraries and end-to-end travel logistics.
  • Prepare, submit and reconcile expense reports in accordance with T&E policies; ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create presentations, reports and data packages to support leadership decision-making and priorities.
  • Support onboarding for new team members by coordinating access to tools, systems and required resources.
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants to provide cross-coverage and collaborate on broader administrative needs.
  • Serve as a polished point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record managing complex calendars and coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 50 to USD 55 per hour.
