Sephora Dubai: Executive Assistant & Office Support Manager for the Managing Director Middle East & Southeast Asia–Oceania. Full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Manage correspondence, expense reports, and confidential records with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as the key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive meetings, events, conferences, and leadership activities
- Oversee office operations, equipment, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects through research, coordination, and follow-up
- Partner with departments across the organization to ensure efficient business operations
- Act as a professional ambassador for the Managing Director and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer- and people-focused mindset
- Tertiary qualification or diploma preferred
- Beauty industry and/or retail experience advantageous
