Sephora in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Events Assistant (Alternance) to support France communications and brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the France Communications team in the end‑to‑end organisation of brand and co‑branded events and activations.
- Contribute to concept development, prepare presentations and write creative briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect, dispatch and ensure compliance of brand assets and graphic charters with partner brands.
- Co‑ordinate production agencies, suppliers and logistics; track deliveries, returns and inventory of event furniture and materials.
- Maintain and update event material and co‑branding tool inventories; propose and help develop new co‑branding assets.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark European and international events to recommend innovative concepts and venues.
- Perform follow‑ups, reporting and post‑event analyses to measure outcomes and inform future activations.
Qualifications
- Secondary diploma and enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a business school or programme in communications, event management or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial quality and organisational rigor.
- Service‑oriented, proactive, adaptable and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience
Entry‑level role suited to candidates in an alternance/apprenticeship or those with limited professional experience; prior internships in events, communications or marketing are advantageous.
Education
Secondary diploma and current enrolment in, or recent graduation from, a business, communications, event management or marketing programme.
