Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deliver Europe-wide marketing plans for Sephora-led key activations that drive sales, client acquisition and brand equity.
- Act as primary marketing partner for Sephora activations across Key Commercial Periods, Brand Alliance Campaigns, Single Brand Campaigns and Always On programs.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Merchandising and Market teams to align brand strategies with category and axis plans.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of priority marketing projects (product launches, A+ launches, disruptive events, new destination initiatives), orchestrating internal and external stakeholders.
- Build, execute and monitor activation plans, conducting analysis to measure impact and ROI and producing actionable activation reports and marketing reviews.
- Establish shared KPIs and drive first-level performance analysis across functions and countries; coordinate with experts for deeper analyses.
- Line-manage, mentor and organise a team of 2–3 marketing professionals, instilling a data-oriented, impact-focused working style.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in brand management or marketing within consumer-facing businesses, digital publishers or digital agencies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-market marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Demonstrated leadership of small, cross-functional teams and ability to influence stakeholders across regions.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Genuine passion for beauty retail, client experience and Sephora’s brand and programs.

Experience
At least 10 years in brand management/marketing within consumer-facing industries, digital publishers or agencies, including leadership of cross-functional marketing projects and multi-market activations across Europe.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred but not required.
