Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of talented professionals.
- Analyze market trends and set strategic priorities to enhance Sephora's brand differentiation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the category roadmap in collaboration with global teams and internal departments.
- Drive the success of Europe incubated brands by sourcing and launching new brands to fill market gaps.
- Support brand building initiatives from inception with Sephora departments and market support.
- Manage a portfolio of brands, defining priority projects and marketing plans for key launches.
- Collaborate with brands on strategy, product development, and commercial terms.
- Monitor budget, assortments, merchandising updates, and sales analysis.
- Ensure effective communication of strategy to markets and oversee execution.
- Manage transversal projects to improve tools, processes, and teamwork.
- Align best practices across all category management activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in category management, marketing, or key account management.
- Cross-functional management experience in an international context.
- Fluency in English.
