Sephora is hiring an Ethics and Compliance Intern in Neuilly-sur-Seine for a 6-month role commencing January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and deployment of compliance programmes including international sanctions monitoring and due diligence obligations
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and analysis across business functions and geographic regions
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and procedures
- Utilise data analysis and compliance detection tools to identify potential regulatory violations
- Contribute to compliance training and awareness initiatives across the organisation
- Support investigations into complex compliance matters and escalate findings to compliance leadership
Qualifications
- Current Master's degree candidate (M2) in Law or Business Ethics, or law school student
- Strong understanding of business ethics and compliance principles
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity and ethical business practices
- Ability to manage complex compliance cases and ambiguous regulatory scenarios
Skills
Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Academic background in legal or compliance studies is essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's 2 programme in Law or Business Ethics; law school student status acceptable.
