Sephora Equipment Operator role in Olive Branch, MS. Full-time warehouse position operating material handling equipment, $20.40–$21.85/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to process orders and support distribution center operations
- Obtain and maintain required certifications for safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures
- Meet established company safety, production, and service level standards while adhering to OSHA and state regulations
- Operate RF terminals to support inventory control procedures and company operating systems
- Report safety violations and maintain safe working practices including proper work attire and use of safety harnesses per regulation
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance with flexibility to work designated shifts and overtime as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Cross-train in other warehouse job classifications and assist Maintenance as needed on equipment-related projects
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to obtain DOT certifications as required
- Strong motor coordination skills to safely operate equipment in confined spaces
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, and walk for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfort working at heights up to 32 feet when operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment
- Detail-oriented with flexibility to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work closely and effectively with others to promote teamwork
Skills
Experience
Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred. Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures and processes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific formal education mandate stated.
