Equipment Operator role at Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center—full-time position operating material handling equipment with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Safely operate motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks and walkie riders, to process orders and support warehouse operations
- Obtain and maintain required certifications in the safe operation of various material handling equipment types and battery changing procedures
- Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations and report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures
- Meet established production, service level, and safety standards while maintaining regular and acceptable attendance
- Support cross-training initiatives and assist in non-equipment operator job classifications as needed
- Maintain a flexible work schedule and respond to shift and overtime requirements as directed by management
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
- Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures
- Ability to obtain DOT certifications as required for the role
- Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation in confined spaces
- Ability to work at heights up to thirty-two feet when operating reach trucks and similar equipment

Beginner-level operators welcome; previous warehouse equipment operation experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to obtain required operational certifications and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
