Role & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, and hand jacks.
- Attain certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
- Process orders using equipment and perform tasks as directed by management.
- Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
- Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
- Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
- Comply with company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
- Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance with projects requiring equipment support.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
