Sephora Equipment Operator role in Las Vegas Distribution Center—full-time, $21–$22.45/hr, material handling equipment operation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including powered industrial trucks of different types and configurations, walkie riders, hand jacks, and carts
- Process customer orders using equipment and RF terminals in support of company operating systems and inventory control procedures
- Attain and maintain required certifications in the safe operation of various types of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures
- Meet established company safety, production, and service level standards while adhering to all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations
- Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and maintain accurate inventory control
- Report safety violations and potential hazards to supervisory or management personnel
- Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as required by Sephora, including flexibility to work any designated shift and overtime as requested
- Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications to support warehouse operations
- Assist Maintenance team on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
- Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures and processes
- Ability to obtain any and all job-required DOT certifications
- Strong motor coordination skills to operate equipment safely in confined spaces
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and warehouse operational needs
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively and promote teamwork

Experience
Beginner-level warehouse experience preferred; individuals with no prior experience but strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to obtain required certifications are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal tertiary education required.
