Equipment Operator 3 position at Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch—full-time warehouse equipment operation role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate various motorized and manual material handling equipment to process orders and support warehouse operations
- Obtain and maintain required certifications in the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures
- Operate RF terminals in support of company operating systems and inventory control procedures
- Follow all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations; report safety violations to supervisory personnel
- Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance with flexibility for shift assignments and overtime as directed
- Cross-train in other non-equipment operator job classifications and assist Maintenance as needed
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service per company standards
- Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record
- Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certifications as required
