Sephora is hiring an Equipment Operator (2nd Shift) at the Las Vegas Distribution Center — 4:00 PM–12:30 AM schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment (e.g., powered industrial trucks, walkie rider, reach truck, hand jack, carts) to process orders and support production needs.
- Attain and maintain required certifications for safe equipment operation and battery changing procedures; operate equipment in accordance with those certifications.
- Use RF terminals to execute picking, packing, put-away, replenishment and inventory control tasks according to company systems and procedures.
- Meet established safety, production and service level targets while adhering to company, OSHA and state safety regulations and Loss Prevention policies.
- Work assigned 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM), remain flexible to overtime and shift changes as business needs dictate.
- Provide high-quality internal and external customer service; respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators, managers and other departmental personnel.
- Cross-train in other DC job classifications and assist Maintenance on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Able to obtain any/all job-required DOT and equipment certifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 32 feet) when operating reach truck and similar equipment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong motor coordination, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Entry-level role; previous experience operating warehouse material handling equipment preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
