Sephora is hiring a full-time Environmental Health and Safety Intern for its 10-week summer program, June 7–August 13, 2027, at its Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role supports EHS training, risk assessments, and ISO 14001 and EMS programs across the distribution center network; the target pay is $27 per hour, subject to qualifications, experience, and geographic factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize EHS training across Sephora’s distribution center network by assessing learning needs, standardizing curricula, improving delivery methods, and measuring program effectiveness.
- Improve and standardize ISO 14001 and Environmental Management System (EMS) programs across the distribution center network.
- Create EHS training materials and assist with conducting employee training sessions.
- Participate in EHS risk assessments and assist in identifying workplace hazards.
- Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and research relevant EHS regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Athletic Training, Sports Medicine, or a related field.
- Graduating in 2027 or 2028 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic EHS principles and regulations is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.
- Available from June 7 to August 13, 2027.
- Able to work onsite at the Las Vegas Distribution Center, Monday through Friday.
- Work schedule must align with Pacific Time.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is USD 27 per hour.
Benefits
