Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the enterprise architecture governance by identifying projects within the governance scope and organising architecture reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture evaluations and document architecture decisions in the central decisions repository.
  • Maintain and update Sephora's application portfolio (Application Portfolio Management) by collecting system information from regional teams.
  • Build and maintain functional and application cartographies of Sephora’s information systems.
  • Participate in the definition of target architecture blueprints and reusable architecture patterns.
  • Promote architecture blueprints and standards to project teams and regional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-regional communication of governance outcomes and ensure alignment of architectural decisions.
  • Assist in upkeep of architecture-related documentation and artefacts to support governance and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master's program in information systems management, computer engineering, or equivalent (required for alternance).
  • Strong interest in enterprise architecture, IT strategy and systems mapping.
  • Rigorous, with excellent listening skills and the ability to synthesise technical information for stakeholders.
  • Dynamic, responsive team player with a curiosity for retail business processes.
  • Good written and spoken English.
