Role & Responsibilities
- Support the enterprise architecture governance by identifying projects within the governance scope and organising architecture reviews.
- Contribute to architecture evaluations and document architecture decisions in the central decisions repository.
- Maintain and update Sephora's application portfolio (Application Portfolio Management) by collecting system information from regional teams.
- Build and maintain functional and application cartographies of Sephora’s information systems.
- Participate in the definition of target architecture blueprints and reusable architecture patterns.
- Promote architecture blueprints and standards to project teams and regional stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-regional communication of governance outcomes and ensure alignment of architectural decisions.
- Assist in upkeep of architecture-related documentation and artefacts to support governance and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program in information systems management, computer engineering, or equivalent (required for alternance).
- Strong interest in enterprise architecture, IT strategy and systems mapping.
- Rigorous, with excellent listening skills and the ability to synthesise technical information for stakeholders.
- Dynamic, responsive team player with a curiosity for retail business processes.
- Good written and spoken English.

Experience
Early-career candidate: currently enrolled in a relevant Master's programme. Prior internships or academic projects in IT, systems analysis, or architecture are an advantage but not required.
Education
Master's degree candidate in information systems, IT management, computer engineering or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship required).
