- Support the Employer Brand project lead to amplify Sephora France’s employer value proposition across channels.
- Create and adapt content for employer-brand social media (format exploration, copywriting and basic asset preparation).
- Participate in the activation and management of the brand ambassador programme (event planning and ambassador engagement).
- Collaborate with the external communications agency to produce and update HR content (career pages, recruitment materials).
- Assist in organising recruitment events to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Conduct employer brand benchmarking to monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Monitor and report on social metrics to evaluate the impact of employer-brand initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment processes for apprentices and sales advisor roles, including sourcing support and candidate coordination during peak commercial periods.
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s-level) programme, preferably in Communication or Human Resources.
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills with exemplary spelling and attention to detail.
- Organised, rigorous and proactive with good critical thinking and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease working with multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external agencies).
- Genuine interest in employer branding, talent attraction and the beauty/retail sector.
