Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise cash reporting and budget/forecast processes across 26 European and Middle Eastern entities, ensuring timely and compliant consolidated reporting
  • Analyze and validate the bridge between direct and indirect cash flow methodologies, maintaining standardized modelling tools and supporting local finance teams
  • Manage and develop the dedicated cash controlling team, organizing roles and responsibilities while completing training and onboarding
  • Drive cash performance across the EME zone by securing accuracy of rolling forecasts, analyzing trends with country CFOs, and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Advise and challenge countries on budget and forecast assumptions in coordination with supply chain to align inventory levels with business projections
  • Play a pivotal role in Sephora SAS consolidation by identifying non-cash items, reconciling intercompany flows, and validating consolidation restatements with the Global Consolidation team

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance and consolidation within a multinational environment with treasury and controlling principles expertise
  • Demonstrated integrity with ability to convey clear, synthetic messages to diverse stakeholders including senior management and supply chain
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools such as Excel and financial planning software
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and consolidation software platforms
