Sephora seeks an Education & Brand Experience Project Assistant (Alternance) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine — apprenticeship in training, digital content and brand activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal training packs and learning modules (PowerPoint presentations, Rise e‑learning modules, gamified and digital formats) for Sephora Collection.
- Design pedagogical and in‑store tools (shade finders, brush quizzes, training boxes) and coordinate operational delivery with suppliers and warehouses.
- Create and manage digital content for internal communities and external platforms: content calendars, short-form videos for internal channels and Instagram/TikTok, and activation of the Captains community.
- Coordinate brand experience initiatives and retailtainment (masterclasses, launch events, Sephoria, podiums, Beauty Hubs) and design merchandise/groomings to support launches.
- Maintain and update onboarding journeys and convention packs for country Captains; track budgets, manage product orders and oversee event logistics (including the Captain Reward Event).
- Work cross‑functionally with retail, marketing, supply chain and external partners to ensure timely execution of training and experiential projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completing a final‑year business school or communications programme (alternance/apprenticeship for 12 months).
- Proactive and autonomous with strong organisational skills, adaptability and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; comfortable working transversally with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English (working language) — imperative.
- Strong interest in cosmetics, retail and digital trends; creative sensibility.
- Previous experience or internship in training, retail operations or event coordination is a plus.
