Sephora in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks an Alternance E‑commerce Project Assistant (12‑month apprenticeship) to support PDPs, DAM, creative briefs and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Brief creative and image teams on online assets for seasonal launches and ad‑hoc campaigns.
- Coordinate user‑generated content (UGC) briefs for inclusion on product detail pages (PDPs) across markets.
- Support the briefing and coordination of landing pages with external agencies and internal creative teams.
- Configure and launch ratings & reviews campaigns on a seasonal and ad‑hoc basis.
- Upload and manage Sephora Collection assets within the global Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and assist regions with access.
- Audit Sephora’s global website and mobile apps to ensure PDPs and related pages are accurate, up to date and correctly enriched.
- Extract dashboards and contribute to e‑commerce reporting to track performance and inform stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in e‑commerce, digital marketing, communication, business or a related discipline (required for alternance).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, used daily for reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative aptitude for briefing visual and content teams and translating business needs into actionable briefs.
- Team player with an agile mindset and proactive communication skills.
