Sephora Singapore seeks an Ecommerce Intern (July–Dec 2026) to support ecommerce operations, campaigns and analytics in a full‑time internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily onsite operations of the Singapore ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate merchandising and smooth customer journeys.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional execution of ecommerce promotional campaigns, partnerships and app gamification initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse performance of onsite and marketing campaigns, producing insights and recommendations to optimise commercial outcomes.
  • Prepare weekly ecommerce campaign briefs and performance trackers for store teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to conceptualise and produce digital assets; liaise with external agencies for collateral production.
  • Contribute to omnichannel projects such as click‑and‑collect and marketplace integrations as required.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable interest in ecommerce and digital commerce operations.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools and/or SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative, commercially minded and proactive — able to propose improvements and follow initiatives through to delivery.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree, and available for a full‑time six‑month internship (July–December 2026).

Entry‑level / beginner. No prior professional ecommerce experience required; coursework, projects or extracurricular involvement in digital marketing, analytics or ecommerce is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Communications, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
