Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the PIM workflow from product fiche completion through publication and distribution to country teams.
- Populate and maintain e‑store product matrices for multi‑country rollouts, ensuring consistency across markets.
- Ensure data quality by detecting, documenting and correcting inconsistencies in product attributes and records.
- Support media asset management (DAM): upload, tag and maintain media assets in the dedicated DAM tool and verify metadata quality.
- Monitor and drive performance of PIM and DAM tools, proposing and following up on continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Track and update JIRA workflows for seasonal imports, task statuses and delivery deadlines.
- Provide end‑user training and ongoing technical support for PIM, DAM and JIRA users; act as a first‑line contact for system issues and queries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (third year of business school, engineering school or university) — eligible for a 12‑month alternance starting September 2026.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational rigour and the ability to work autonomously while taking initiative.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve data quality problems.
- Good interpersonal skills and adaptability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent English is essential; French language proficiency is advantageous.
- Interest in cosmetics and beauty products; prior exposure to PIM/DAM is a plus.

Entry‑level / beginner. No specific professional tenure required; prior internships or coursework involving PIM/DAM, e‑commerce or data handling are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's‑level programme (third year) in business, engineering or a related field; eligible for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship.
