Role & Responsibilities

  • Support catalogue specialists in daily management of a multi‑category brand portfolio (makeup, skincare, haircare, accessories) across the Europe zone.
  • Collect and validate digital product assets and copy (images, descriptions) from brand partners for new product launches.
  • Manage product lifecycle tasks and execute timely product uploads in accordance with launch calendars and commercial timing.
  • Update and optimise brand spaces on localised sites to reflect newness and seasonality in coordination with brand teams.
  • Ensure catalogue quality by performing content checks and enforcing guidelines to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of content guidelines, best practices and catalogue processes.
  • Support coordination for major commercial moments (e.g., Christmas, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, sales) to ensure catalogue readiness.
  • Participate in digital catalogue projects: tool evolutions, content optimisation and process improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Work with the Data Quality team to raise product data standards and improve the data quality score for product pages.
  • Produce regular reporting on catalogue activity (launch risk, weekly tracking, prioritised launches, campaign readiness and optimisations).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (digital marketing, e‑commerce, business or related field); eligible for a 12‑month alternance contract.
  • Strong interest in the beauty sector and in online retail.
  • Good understanding of e‑commerce constraints and priorities (product launches, merchandising, seasonality).
  • Organised, adaptable and solution‑oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital content workflows; willingness to learn PIM and analytics tools.
