Role & Responsibilities

• Support Catalog Specialists on a multi‑category European brand portfolio (makeup, fragrance) and assist with day‑to‑day catalogue operations.
• Collect and consolidate digital assets and descriptive content (images, product copy) from brands for new product launches.
• Manage product life‑cycle tasks and perform timely product uploads to European e‑commerce sites in line with launch calendars.
• Update and optimise brand pages and catalogue content according to seasonality, promotions and new references.
• Perform quality control of online catalogue entries and contribute to improvements of content guidelines and best practices.
• Contribute to catalogue projects: tool evolutions, process optimisation and digital content enhancement initiatives.
• Work with Data Quality teams to raise product data quality scores and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular reporting on catalogue activity (at‑risk launches, weekly tracking, priority launches and peak periods).
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (eStore Optimization, Category Management, Photo Studio, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, IT) and international brand contacts.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master) programme in digital marketing, e‑commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
• Curiosity and agility with a genuine interest in the beauty sector and retail e‑commerce.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Beginner — suitable for a student seeking a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship with prior academic exposure to e‑commerce or digital marketing; internships or first professional experiences in digital/catalogue roles are an advantage.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master level) in digital marketing, e‑commerce, business or a related field.
