Sephora E‑commerce Commercial Campaigns Coordination Assistant (Apprenticeship)

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the campaigns manager in planning and coordinating the commercial animation calendar for the French e‑commerce site and app.
• Coordinate internally with merchandising, brand partners, legal and European teams to drive the production of web and app promotional assets.
• Collect briefs and requirements from stakeholders and produce clear creative briefs for webdesign and creative teams.
• Track timelines and manage creative iterations; liaise with webdesign to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Contribute to back‑office configuration and perform content acceptance testing (recette) to ensure accurate publication of on‑site and in‑app animations.
• Assist in deploying app conversion levers including push notifications, in‑app messages and mobile banners.
• Monitor and analyse performance of promotional zones on site and app; write concise recommendations and present weekly/monthly results.
• Support CRM operation setup in the digital environment and perform competitive benchmarking and market watch.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in M1/M2 (master’s level) in business school, marketing, communications or equivalent programme (work‑study/apprenticeship eligible).
• Strong organisational rigour, autonomy and proactive problem‑solving capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with aptitude for synthesis and data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate across functional teams.
• Affinity for e‑commerce, digital product experiences and the beauty sector; prior internship in a similar role is an advantage.

Entry‑level / internship. Candidate should be a master’s‑level student; a prior internship in e‑commerce, digital marketing or retail operations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in an M1 or M2 programme (business school, marketing, communications or equivalent) qualifying for a 12‑month alternance/apprenticeship.
