Sephora seeks E-Store Performance Specialist (CDI, Hybrid) in Neuilly-sur-Seine to optimize e-commerce performance and drive digital excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, average order value, search performance, and engagement metrics to assess e-store performance
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and develop local action plans based on EME recommendations
  • Deploy and optimize e-merchandising strategies across search and searchandising, ranking and sorting, product recommendations, and ratings and reviews
  • Adapt central guidelines to local market specificities whilst maintaining global brand consistency
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between local teams and EME (European Merchandising Exchange), communicating best practices and escalating terrain-specific challenges
  • Oversee site and application deployments, monitor anomalies, and prioritize technical issues
  • Contribute to quality assurance and testing phases to ensure flawless site execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional digital initiatives at the local level whilst providing visibility on priorities and roadmaps
  • Pilot and evaluate digital partners and innovations including chatbots, user-generated content, and shoppable content through proof-of-concept testing and A/B testing
  • Extend strategy across France and Belgium markets, ensuring multi-country performance coherence and scalability
  • Support e-merchandisers in implementing and activating optimization levers
  • Report on business impact of all optimization initiatives and propose continuous improvement measures

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in e-commerce, e-merchandising, optimization, or product management
  • Demonstrated experience managing bugs, quality assurance, and software rollouts
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and e-store performance measurement methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively within international, matrixed organizational structures
  • Fluent English language capability
