Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day e‑commerce logistics and transport operations, including during commercial peaks (Mother’s Day, Christmas, sales periods).
  • Monitor and report on service-level KPIs and cost metrics; build dashboards and proactive alerting to drive operational visibility.
  • Coordinate operational plans with forecasting teams to ensure order preparation meets delivery lead-times and quality objectives.
  • Drive relationships with third‑party logistics (3PL) and transport partners; define and follow up corrective action plans.
  • Ensure capacity alignment between fluctuating business volumes and operational resources.
  • Identify, design and deliver continuous improvement projects in collaboration with warehouse and transport partners.
  • Resolve escalations that degrade the online customer delivery experience (timing, packing quality, returns handling, samples).

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an e‑commerce logistics or operations role.
  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong digital and analytical aptitude with hands‑on experience of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and SAP.
  • Proven experience working with 3PLs and transport providers and managing operational KPIs.

Experience
