Sephora in Düsseldorf seeks an E‑commerce Working Student to support eMerchandising and online assortment. Part‑time, hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the E‑Commerce team in daily eMerchandising operations and online category maintenance.
- Assist with product content updates, assortment management and online catalog hygiene.
- Create and adapt promotional banners and creative assets for the web (Photoshop).
- Coordinate with international external partners (e.g., Manor, Magasin) on assortment and content alignment.
- Contribute to ad hoc reporting, data entry and organisational tasks to support launches and promotions.
Qualifications
- Completed Grundstudium or bachelor studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; current enrollment as a student is preferred.
- Ideally first practical experience in e‑commerce or digital merchandising.
- Strong communication and organisational skills; comfortable working in hybrid setups.
- Proficiency with Excel for basic data manipulation and reporting.
- Practical ability to create banners and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to communicate in English without difficulty.

Beginner level; ideally some initial hands‑on experience in e‑commerce or online merchandising, internships or project work will be valued.
Education
Completed Grundstudium or Bachelor-level studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a comparable discipline; current students nearing or within undergraduate studies preferred.
