Sephora — Milan: E‑Commerce Intern. Internship supporting content, website/app animations and omnichannel activations; hybrid role based in Milan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and organise content assets according to the commercial animation plan and established timelines.
- Implement commercial animations and promotional assets across website and mobile app, ensuring availability and consistency of promoted brands and products with central guidelines and local offer.
- Update website and app content on a daily/weekly cadence, coordinating with external agencies and the Commercial & Animation team.
- Create and maintain landing pages (translations, assets, product carousels) for blog, campaigns and commercial activations.
- Manage GWP (gift‑with‑purchase) plan: asset collection, stock monitoring and banner uploads to the site.
- Support the eCommerce team in building weekly/monthly activations and in producing 360° animation reporting and results analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Analytical, data‑oriented and business‑driven mindset.
- Previous internship or experience in eCommerce is a plus.

Experience
Entry‑level / internship. No prior professional experience required, though previous eCommerce internship or related exposure is advantageous.
Education
Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
