Sephora in Düsseldorf seeks an E‑commerce Intern (hybrid) to support eMerchandising, digital content and international partner coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the e‑commerce team in daily eMerchandising operations, ensuring product pages and online assortment are current and accurate.
- Assist with content uploads and maintenance for the online shop, including product descriptions, imagery and categorisation.
- Collaborate with international retail partners (e.g., Manor, Magasin) to align assortment and promotional content across markets.
- Create and adapt creative assets such as promotional banners and visual modules using Adobe Photoshop.
- Perform quality checks on product data, pricing and availability and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas for digital merchandising, seasonal campaigns and site merchandising experiments to improve conversion.
Qualifications
- Completed Grundstudium or bachelor studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Initial practical experience or internships in e‑commerce, digital merchandising or online retail preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities; able to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Basic visual design skills and experience creating banners in Adobe Photoshop.
- Comfortable conducting conversations in English.

Entry‑level — candidates should be at the early stage of their career with ideally one or more internships or coursework related to e‑commerce, digital merchandising or marketing.
Education
Undergraduate studies in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing or a related discipline; at minimum completion of basic bachelor coursework.
