Sephora Dock Shift Coordinator, Avon IN. Full-time Friday–Sunday distribution center role with WMS experience. $24.70–$26.45/hr plus shift differential eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee productivity, accuracy, safety and security standards across assigned shift operations
- Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates whilst monitoring progress against established performance benchmarks
- Operate and maintain WMS systems to track inventory and monitor work activities
- Train associates in standard operating procedures and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Facilitate daily communication of work goals and coordinate execution against action plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety regulations and loss prevention policies
- Maintain flexible scheduling and availability for overtime as required by operational needs
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with company standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in warehouse operations
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated competency in basic mathematics
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Capacity to stand, sit, squat and walk for full duration of scheduled shift
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations, distribution center, or equivalent supervisory experience. Prior experience with WMS systems and menu-driven applications is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, business administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in distribution center operations.

This position is based in Avon, Indiana, USA, within easy reach of Indianapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
