Sephora is hiring a Dock Shift Coordinator (Full Time) at its Omni‑Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN — hourly pay $24.70–$26.45.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assign, prioritize and monitor dock and warehouse tasks to meet productivity, accuracy, safety and security targets.
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other in‑house computer systems to track work activities and balance inventory.
- Communicate daily goals and coordinate action plans across shifts to ensure continuity of operations and information flow.
- Monitor associates’ performance, provide coaching and feedback, and train staff on preferred methods and procedures.
- Enforce company, state and OSHA safety rules and Loss Prevention policies; report potential safety or compliance violations.
- Maintain flexible attendance and work assigned shifts and overtime as operational needs require.
- Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service and support cross-functional work assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in distribution center, warehouse or material‑handling operations.
- Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or comparable menu‑driven applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook; basic math skills.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, multitasking and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Ability to train others, give and receive constructive feedback, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (stand/sit/walk for duration of shift; lift up to 50 lbs).

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in distribution center or warehouse operations, including use of WMS and supervising or coordinating floor associates.
Education
College degree or relevant work experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24.70 to USD 26.45 per hour.
