Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire approximately eight retail stores within the San Antonio / South Texas district to achieve sales, profitability and client experience targets.
- Analyze district and store KPIs to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive sustainable sales growth and margin improvement.
- Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers and field leaders through continuous feedback, talent planning and performance management.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent execution of merchandising, inventory control, visual standards, policies and operational procedures.
- Partner with field support centers and brand teams to plan and execute events, promotions and initiatives that enhance traffic, engagement and brand presence.
- Leverage client insights and market intelligence to inform district strategies and elevate the in‑store experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of multi‑unit leadership experience in retail with demonstrated results managing several store locations.
- Proven business acumen with experience in P&L ownership, KPI analysis and attainment of sales and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership presence with a track record of developing leaders, building accountability and fostering inclusive teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize, solve complex problems and make timely, data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
