Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a portfolio of approximately eight retail stores, providing coaching, performance management, and succession planning for Store Managers and field leadership.
  • Drive district sales, margin, and profitability goals through KPI analysis, targeted action plans, and hands‑on execution of merchandising and inventory strategies.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent operational standards, brand presentation, inventory accuracy, and service excellence.
  • Translate client insights and market trends into localized initiatives that elevate the in‑store experience and increase traffic and loyalty.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with FSC and brand teams to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and district marketing activities.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and adapt district strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of multi‑unit retail leadership with demonstrated success driving sales and developing store leaders.
  • Proven P&L ownership or clear experience managing financial performance and using KPI frameworks to influence results.
  • Exceptional leadership presence with a track record of coaching, talent development, and fostering inclusive, high‑performing teams.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret retail metrics and convert insight into corrective action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Experience

At least five years of progressive multi‑unit retail management experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales, margin, and operational targets and developing store leadership.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 143,480 to USD 160,360 per annum.
