Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a district of approximately eight stores to achieve sales, margin and customer experience targets.
- Analyze KPIs and retail analytics to diagnose performance, implement corrective action and drive consistent sales growth and profitability.
- Coach, mentor and develop Store Managers through regular feedback, formal training and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence in merchandising, inventory management, visual standards and policy compliance.
- Champion a client‑centric culture by leveraging customer insights to elevate the in‑store experience and strengthen client relationships.
- Partner with the Field Sales & Commerce (FSC) and brand teams to plan and execute events, promotions and local marketing initiatives that drive traffic and engagement.
- Monitor competitive and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform district strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of multi‑unit retail leadership with demonstrated success driving sales and team performance.
- Proven P&L ownership and experience managing to KPIs to deliver business results.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop managers and foster inclusive, high‑performing teams.
- Analytical aptitude with experience using data to shape decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail analytics platforms; comfort adopting new retail systems.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

At least five years of multi‑unit retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales, managing P&L responsibility and developing store leaders.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 131,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
